Our client service representatives are key members of the team, helping create a seamless and supportive experience for every client and pet.

What You'll Do:

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and patients warmly
• Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and addressing inquiries with accuracy and empathy
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the veterinary team in delivering outstanding communication and service

The salary range for this position is $18-$22/hr. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, and experience.
